The mission of Stricklett & Associates, Inc. is to assist individuals in improving their lives in an ethical and professional manner. The organization, founded in 1981, reaches individuals throughout six states. Our goal is to facilitate the personal, social and economic independence of individuals by maximizing their vocational potential through the acquisition of the necessary skills to obtain and retain gainful employment. Workers' Compensation
Whether you need a Loss of Earning Capacity Evaluation, an Employability Assessment, an Industrial Disability Assessment or Vocational Rehabilitation Services, we can help you with your Workers' Compensation cases. Our services include: reviewing all pertinent medical and vocational records; interviewing the injured worker; completing labor market research in order to identify suitable jobs; conducting vocational testing to identify interests, aptitudes and skills; developing a Vocational Rehabilitation Plan to assist the injured worker to return to suitable employment; determining the extent of loss of earning capacity or industrial disability; preparing a detailed written report that covers all issues relevant to the case; and, testifying as a Vocational Expert if necessary.
Personal Injury
If you are handling a Personal Injury case where an accident has resulted in permanent injuries that could potentially affect future employability and earning capacity, we can assist you in evaluating the extent of "vocational disability" resulting from that accident. Our services include: reviewing all pertinent medical and vocational records; interviewing the injured party; completing labor market research in order to identify suitable jobs; completing vocational testing in order to assess rehabilitation potential; proposing a vocational rehabilitation plan if appropriate; determining the extent of loss of earning capacity or reduction in employability; preparing a detailed written report that covers all issues relevant to the case; and, testifying as a Vocational Expert if necessary.
Long Term Disability
If you are handling an LTD case and need assistance in determining whether the individual meets the requirements of the disability policy, either “own occupation” or “any occupation”, we can help you. Our services include: reviewing all relevant medical and vocational records; analyzing and interpreting the policy requirements; interviewing the individual who has applied for benefits; completing labor market research to assess employability and earnings issues; preparing a detailed written report with our findings and opinions; and, testifying as a Vocational Expert if necessary. We can also provide vocational rehabilitation services in LTD cases if warranted.
Social Security Disability
If you are handling an SSDI case and need to know whether there are jobs in the local and national economy that your client can do, we can help you. Our services include: reviewing all relevant medical and vocational records; interviewing your client; completing labor market research to determine whether your client meets the SSA Disability Determination Guidelines; preparing a detailed written report with our findings and opinions; and, testifying as a Vocational Expert if necessary.
ADA/EEOC
If you are handling an ADA or EEOC case and need assistance with evaluating your case or with assessing the extent of vocational damages, we can help you. Our services include: reviewing all pertinent vocational and employment records, as well as medical records if ADA is an issue; conducting a personal interview with the claimant; completing labor market research to answer questions pertaining to employability and, if appropriate, to address the issue of “reasonable accommodations”; preparing a detailed, written report with our findings and opinions; and, testifying as a Vocational Expert if necessary.
