Stricklett to present in May
Karen Stricklett will be presenting on Nebraska Workers’ Compensation issues at the Nebraska Safety and Health Summit at the Qwest Center in Omaha on Wednesday, May 14th from 1:30 to 3:00 PM. Please visit their website for further details.

How can we help with your Iowa cases?
Michelle Holtz, BS and Gloria Bennett, MS are our experts in that area. Michelle and Gloria have been providing services in Iowa Workers’ Compensation cases for several years. Those services have included conducting industrial disability assessments, employability assessments, vocational testing and providing job placement assistance. Stricklett and Associates is now offering Life Coaching services.
Jane Yaffe-Rowell completed her Master’s Degree through Bellevue University in 2007 and is a Certified Life Coach. The purpose of life coaching is to help people define where they are going in life, what they REALLY want and to help them get there. Do you need help with your Long Term Disability cases?
Amanda Ruhland, M.A., C.R.C., has noted an increasing number of referrals of LTD cases for transferable skills analyses, labor market surveys and job placement assistance. In some instances, she is also conducting home visits to provide insight into a person’s living situation and independent living needs. Do you need help with your Divorce cases?
Dave Utley, MA, ABVE, has been involved in a number of these cases over the last 10 years. The issues usually involve determining the earning capacity of one of the parties to assist the judge to set alimony and child support levels. In some instances this activity involves reviewing the educational background and work history of the party and conducting research to determine employability within the labor market. Attention is given to qualifications and transferable skills as well as research wage projections and current job openings.
