Legal Nurse Consulting – A Certified Legal Nurse Consultant uses specialized healthcare knowledge and expertise to consult on medical-related cases. The CLNC can provide professional services to attorneys, insurance companies, healthcare facilities, government agencies and private corporations. These services include assisting with discovery, conducting research, reviewing medical records, identifying Standards of Care, preparing reports and summaries on the extent of injury or illness, and locating expert witnesses.

Life Care Planning – A Life Care Plan is a dynamic document based upon published standards of practice, comprehensive assessment, data analysis and research which provides an organized plan for current and future needs, with associated costs, for individuals who have experienced catastrophic injury or have chronic health care needs. Our consultant provides experience with Life Care Plans in areas such as amputation, birth injury, brain injury, burns, chronic pain, orthopedic injury, spinal cord injury, and toxic exposure.

Medical Case Management - A multidisciplinary approach to coordinating, monitoring and facilitating the medical care and safe return to the work place for the injured worker with an emphasis on communicating with all parties involved, ie. adjuster, employer, physician, physical therapist, and injured worker.
Medicare Set Aside Allocations -The MSA Allocation is a portion of the complete MSA Arrangement utilized in Workers' Compensation claims that meet specific criteria and will allow Medicare to remain as a secondary payer.
